What this service is
Insider Edge is a research terminal that aggregates publicly disclosed insider and PDMR transactions (SEC Form 4 filings and EU MAR Article 19 disclosures) and presents them with scoring, analytics and market context.
Insider Edge is not investment advice. Nothing in this service is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any security. Scores, statistics and AI-generated notes are research aids, not trading signals. We measured this methodology on hundreds of thousands of historical transactions and make no promise of predictive value. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions; consider consulting a licensed financial adviser.
Data sources
All transaction data originates from public disclosures:
- United States — SEC EDGAR (Form 4), sec.gov
- Germany — BaFin directors' dealings and the EQS/DGAP archive
- France — AMF gestion-droits database (BDIF)
- Spain — CNMV directory of insiders
- Other markets (GB, PL, IT) — public mirrors of national disclosure systems
Data is provided "as is". Public disclosures can contain errors, arrive late, or be amended after publication. Market data is fetched from third-party providers and may be delayed or incomplete.
Accounts and billing
Subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; prices, taxes and refunds follow their terms and the plan you select. Access continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation.
Accounts are personal. Do not share credentials or redistribute raw exports of the dataset. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (rate-limit circumvention, scraping, reselling access).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
